Bug Fixes

I fixed:

The loading screen would never leave. (thank you strooy on discord for finding it)

The volume slider halfway would turn off the sound completely (thank you strooy on discord for finding it)

The grapple hook wouldnt follow / grapple moving objects like platforms. (thank you strooy on discord for finding it)

I added:

Scoping (thank you xad0x on discord for the idea.)

Side note: I once again thank xad0x and strooy for giving ideas, encouragement, and helping find bugs.
